Treehouse Marketing ripoff swindlers Orem Utah

I ordered a product by phone one day, then after some calculations, I knew I couldn't afford it, so I canceled the next day. The next thing I knew they had taken the money for the first month out of my checking, even after I canceled. That was $19.90.

I called about ten times, but no one could ever speak to me. They were supposed to call back. They never have. Then on August 30, 2002, I see another withdrawal from my account for the remainder of the price, $199.75, which I didn't authorize, since I had canceled this order the day after I ordered it.

I have sent a certified letter now, since I can never seem to find a supervisor able to speak to me when I call and the person that sold me the product to begin with, is just never in when I call.
I think this a rip off. You can cancel any order within 3 business days and I called the following morning. Please don't order anything from Treehouse Marketing out of Orem, UT.
