Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Well, I wish I would have checked this site first. Like the rest of us, these spineless thugs took my money. After filing a dispute they sent me a letter saying I was owed my refund of $199.95. However, every time I called them to ask when the check was to be sent out, they couldn't give me a date. Now the phone line is just a busy signal. They feed on our weakness (mine smoking) and use it to drain your money. I hope they get what's coming to them. nobody wants to take a road trip to Provo?

"Mormon spineless thugs"? What kind of uneducated babble is this? If you have a complaint then post it, but stay away from the insults. It shows a complete lack of class and discredits your entire post.
Try to calm down and think things through before you start bringing a religion into your argument-it shows what kind of person you really are.
