Let's see where should with these people. Well most of you know how is starts off the sweet talk and all of the promises. Well I purchased a 99 Nissan Sentra for $9,250.00from JD Byrider located here in Atlanta. However after two weeks of the purchase I noticed the brakes were grinding so I took it into the shop under the warranty.

They supposedly fixed the brakes well after diving it, I noticed it got worse, Then I was promised parts to the car that were missing (this should have been my fist signed but I believed in them bc they did give me a car and at the time I was in a rental car.). The parts came in but they were sent back due to my "conflict of schedule" working two jobs it's hard to get off to take your car into the shop to get fixed. (PartI)

I woudl make my payments on the due date but they would hold the payments out for two weeks at a time which caused my bank account to really go into a frenzy if I must say. So then
To my surprise I woke up to go to work and my car was gone just like that. They really came and picked up the car, without my knowledge. Now me and my daughter have to ride the bus and now it takes me 2 hours to get home from work and I am without a car.

I am currently trying to get some of my down payment money back bc I am a single mother of one child and it is hard on my know. I feel like I was taking for the ringer. I know that it is a law where a consumer has to notified in writing if your car is in jeopardy of being repossed.

MY ADVISE DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, I HAVE MET TWO OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE ENDED UP WITH LEMONS AND THEY WON'T GIVE THEM ANOTHER CAR OR REFUND THEM THEIR MONEY. SIGNED NOT A HAPPY CAMPER IN THE A"

Your down payment is long gone.....you won't ever get it back

At the time of signing for the vehicle you signed a document saying that they could come and repo the vehicle for many reasons with or without notice, including :no insurance :late payments: moving out of state........so on and so forth...... you also signed a document saying that they can sue you but you can't sue them (mediation clause of some sort). you see Tina legally Jdbyrider now has the right to take your ex-vehicle to an auction and sell it for about half the price you paid for it originally.....then (depending on state law) they can go to court and sue you for the money they have lost (yes even though you don't have the vehicle any more. Your only hope is to beg and plead with the dealership to let you have the car back....Good luck....I'm sorry I can't give you any solid advise but your hands are tied because of all those signatures before you drove you new car off the lot.
