000webhost.com, 24hosting.com, comxa.com, 0fees.net, hostei.com, hostprince.com, net16.net, host56.com, hostzi.com, host22.com netne.net hostoi.com host56.com netau.net and many many more domains are owned by the company "II Hosting", or II Hosting Media" are perpetrating a very sophisticated scheme of fraud. They lure affiliates to spend money and time marketing their services, and they never pay.  Never.  Google "II Hosting Media" and you will find others who say they were never paid. Not only do they never pay, they skim leads.  I spent a lot of time, and money advertising their program.  I became suspicious when my stats showed most leads that were listed as "cancelled" over a particular weekend period, when I was advertising more than I ever had, yet I had less deals.  I called a friend to see if they wanted to setup a site with them.  They obliged, and said they got a message that stated "it will take a long time to build your site here, instead go to 0fees.net - click here".  This message appeared after he had already entered his sub-domain and filled out the info. to build his site.  I checked my stats, and his sub-domain appeared in my stats as "cancelled".  Not only are they seriously skimming most deals, they indicate that they pay once you've earned $100 in commissions, and the accounts must remain active for 30 days.  The exact day that I was to be paid, a message appeared on my sign in screen stating They have experienced a lot of fraud and they were increasing the wait period to 60 days. This 000webhost.com announcement is what I received the same day I was to be paid.  HOWEVER for NEW affiliates coming in nothing has changed telling them this.  It still states 30 days.  Announcement: we have started to use 60 days signup
verification procedure (we used 30 days signup verification system
before). That is because we received lots of fraudulent signups
especially from Vietnam and China and we need more time to check
everything. So if you have referred user today, it will be credited in
2 months. We need these 2 months to protect us from fraudulent signups.
We are sorry if we made any inconveniences for you and let us to know
if you have any questions. I have since researched them and found MANY people that have spent valuable time marketing them, building links to their site for them, and referring customers.  None have been paid.  They have MANY domains.  I sent numerous messages to them via their online form for affiliates and they Never answered.  I sent numerous inquiries via their customer form and received one reply that didn't really answer my question. In my research I have found forum posts where not one person has been paid.  I have also found reports of malware, and reports of spoofing legitimate websites, and "they" as the hosting co. don't respond.  It is likely them doing the spoofing.  This is NOT a case of a small business that is struggling to organize themselves, these guys are organized fraud.  The complaints have been going on for years, and they continue to operate and grow and hide behind the privacy feature at godaddy.com  Which is where most of their domains are registered. (They use many domains in their scheme).  I paid to find their real contact information and sent emails directly to both of their Registrant email addresses, ( 000webhost.com and 0fees.net ) describing the fraud I had uncovered.  I have received no reply.  It's been 5 days.  There are probably hundreds of victims.  And the really scary thing is if they are this dishonest to their affiliates who are marketing for them, what kind of info. are they stealing from those who are setting up websites with them?  I can't find anybody who has been paid.  They are building legitimacy in the eyes of Google from all the link building that is giving them page rank, and all the advertising, and free traffic they are generating from their fraud!  This is just one forum showing I am not the only victim This is from over a year ago...
