Brain Hoffman will get your trust and then boom take you for thousands! I have never wrote a complaint or felt I had to until now. I just do not want anyone to go through the nightmare I had just lived with this man. I thought I could trust him because he always said he wanted to get me up and running with my Palomar 300. So let me start from the beginning of this awful journey. I had bought a Palomar 300 from someone and I live in ND and I had called around to see who could service it. Mr. Hoffman said he could so I sent off to him. Mind you I bought the machine for 13,300 and when I got it did not work, so Mr. Hoffman went through it and it cost 12,000 to repair. He said it would be good as new. I had the Lux y, g, r, and 1064 hand piece. Got it back worked for maybe a month and just quit! I mean no screen would turn on, so computer was shot! So he said I had to get a new one. I paid 10,000 for a new one, aka mine was a 2007, he gave me a 2004. So when I got it back no power cord or foot petel, and I was going to treat people the next day! I was in tears. My boyfriend made something so I could at least test it. Only 2 had pieces work out of 4. So I called him. He told me to send them so I did. Got them back they still do not work!! I am so frustrated I have spend all this money and who knows how long this machine will last. I forgot to mention I spent over 3000 in shipping because I overnighted all the time. I was out of work for weeks!! He claimed that he would get another machine for me and I would have to sent everything to him, but I have tried to reach out to him and he does not return text or calls. So my next action in a lawsuit. Please I have had so many sleepless nights and lost thousands of dollars over this Brian Hoffman. Buyers please do not buy anything from him. As words of advise if they don't warranty for more the 6 months and bring it out to you and set it up. Do not buy. Thank you.
