Jeremy started out as a Cartographer but did notary witness closings and then decided to get a website together and after abusing friendships and contacts of people around the country he decided to start charging insane website listing fee's for the notaries trying to be listed on his website I realize the U.S. is the land of Capitalists and greed but the absurdity of his fees and his so-called certifications and training materials are a rip off of the NNA material.

The material is not his own and yet he is selling "training" for mortgage closings as a fraud! He is not licensed in any state as a trainer or mortgage broker but is selling with his comrade Carmen who has on more than 10 occassions had the nerve to give out other notaries across the country phone numbers as a reference about how great their website listings are!

Give me a break! Jeremy has promised listings on his site and then retracted and resold the same spaces to other people in many instances--this is FRAUD across state lines and more than likely considered a felony since it is across state lines and should be investigated by the FBI and the CBI as well. As a former employee of the NNA I know this to be true!
