I have been called by 1st Credit of America for a charge on my credit card by Clear Credit. I protested this charge and was given a credit on my credit card.

Now they are trying to intimidate me into paying it. They have threatened to report my lack of payment to the three Credit reporting companies. I hope they do so I can turn this over to a lawyer for defimation of character, and damage to my credit.
