I will skip details, I went through the same drill as others explained already and filed a complaint with Attorney General's office.
I am still getting automated calls about 'my account', even though I asked many times to take my phone number off the list.
If this does not stop, I will file the compaint with department of Finance (Idaho, where they have license) at finance.idaho.gov/Contact.aspx,

You said you are going to file in Idaho where these people have a license? PLease elaborate what you mean by that. These jokers seem to operate in just about every state in the US. Elaborate on this Idaho issue, because I intend to file my own reports to every place these jokers are said to operate. Thanks
