It's plain and simple. If you tick off the property management, they will LIE and take you to court to get you evicted. All they have to do is claim that you've violated some community rule (ie. parking violations, allowing unattended children at the pool, leaving trash around the place, having an unclean apartment).
Local courts in principle put the burden of proof on the landlord. In practice, the tenant is responsible for proving they did NOT break any part of the lease or community rules.
They are steadily racking up made up violations against me to get me evicted. Yes, the rent is being paid on time and in full. I just ticked them off at one point over something I can't really describe here because they may retaliate.
