2-10 Home Warranty Needed a service call on a refrigerator took forever to get back to me had all fly by night contractors who couldn't fix it so I went out of network to get it fixed now they won't refund.  Nationwide 

The whole experience with this company was awful keeping me on hold for an hr transferring me to multiple people only to tell me I never got it authorized well I waited over a week how long does it take my renters didn't have a refrigerator! They didn't care worst company I'm cancelling my warranty

 Worst company in the world to deal with when you have a problem! They use all fly by night companies that couldn't repair refrigerator so after a week of Messing around making multiple calls I had it fixed on my own. Now they won't refund money I spent out of pocket because I went out of network which they told me I could do. Refrigerator was only 6 yrs old GE and the control board had a defect. I also called GE of course they wouldn't do anything! They kept me on hold over an hr today transferring me to multiple people they just don't care. Cancelling home warranty stay away from this company!!!!!
