20 20 Eyeglass Superstore Ripped Off Hard Melbourne Florida

I went to 20 20 Eyeglass Superstore on March @9, 2009 for an eye exam and glasses/sunglasses. I spent $895.00 for the 2 pairs. I was to receive them within 1 week. Well the glasses took about 2 weeks to come in and I was pleased with them. I was told when I picked them up it would be a little longer for the sunglasses and that they would call me.

About another 2 weeks went by and I got a courtesy call saying that the frames were still not in but I would get a call when they were. I was a little upset but I said ok. I received another call about a week later to come in and look at frames. I found this odd because I already piked out my frames. I went in to the store and when I got there they said they didn't have any frames for me to look at. They would call me.

It is now May 18, 2009 and I still do not have my sunglasses. I went into the store today to resolve this matter. Naomi told me that they would not give me my money back, that they couldn't use the frames I picked out for my prescription and I would not get back any difference in price if I picked out a different frame. The owner was not in and couldn't be reached and that they would call me back. Naomi said they had a no refund policy and all sales were final. I explained that a sale entailed the exchange of money for product. They took my money but I have not received my product.

This is still pending and it looks like I am out about $400.00. I would not suggest anybody go to this place for glasses. I am very upset and will try to take further action.
