I applied for a pay day loan, and was told that I would have a $19.95 fee taken if I was approved for the loan. I got paperwork to fax back, changed my mind about the loan. The paperwork was to be signed and then the information would be verified, if approved the one-time fee was to be taken out.

They took the fee out, there is no phone number available, and the email address bounces back to me.

This is a rip off since the fee was to be taken after approval, not before.
