The website ecommerce.gov is made up of combined countries, who investigate unfair and deceptive selling practices, on the Internet. It doesn't cost any money to share your information.

I also wanted to add a name correction. The most likely Website Owner is: Hesham Eldabah. I put an "N" where there should be an "M".

I still strongly recommend that you call the number for 247Downloads: 1-585-234-0406. This number does come out of New York.

s HESHAN ELDABAH in charge of 247Downloads.com?This website and coporate owner is illusive and has registrar locks on nearly all vital information for customer care and support. I've also been to the site, and am not impressed with their insufficient support for their customers. This does not mean you shouldn't try for that refund. I do have contact information, but it may not lead you directly to the website owner or 247 Downloads Corporate CEO.

They are registered through GoDaddy.com, among others. They also have a clutter of network affiliates, which is annoying, because you need the actual corporation. These networks are notlegally accountable, and might only hand over information to law enforcement.

The one and ONLY Registrant that I could find for 247Downloads.com is HESHAN ELDABAH. I put that in bold cap, just to make sure the spelling is correct. IF he really is the web site registrant, maybe he should take responsibility, in negotiating with an unsatisfied customer.

Despite all of the Registrar Locks, I did find ONE consistent phone number: 1-585-234-0406. By the way, that area code is good in ALL of the United States, which is also annoying, and just makes it easier to hide. The area code information is according to Infospace.

It's funny how some corporations want your money, but they don't want you to know where they are located.

Here is one consistent address, which sounds like a "drop box". It might just be a simple post office box, and not an office address, but for what it's worth:

The address given serves for the Administrative, Technical, and Billing contact. This according to www.registerfly.com. They state that you can email them through support@registerfly.com, if you wanted to go that route. Maybe they can offer information, to you as an enrolled member, that I would not qualify to receive.

They are also registered with whois.enom.com. None of these places were any help. They all just give out that same drop box address. All that I can suggest is to call that phone number and send a FAX.

If possible, could you let us know what results you get through that number, because they have little or no contact information at their website, at least not with what I found today.

That phone number could just be Voice Mail or an Answering Service. Please let us know if it really directs you to customer support.
