I submitted my rebate claim to this company, all necessary documentation, and they claim they did not receive the UPC.

They are liars, it's that simple. I did everything by the book.

The thing is, I did the same exact thing with a rebate from another company through 4myrebate, and it went through fine.

Whomever processed my claim did not include the UPC. It was most certainly in the envelope. I believe they've done this to avoid paying rebates.
