621 Cycles Dave (Erwin) Hockaday failed to ship a CruzPac Mid Size Motorcycle trunk I ordered and paid for on June 02, 2019. Zebulon North Carolina

After several emails through with sales@621cycles.com, I settled on a particular motorcycle trunk and asked to how to purchase the item.  Dave Hockaday said he was still developing his website and didn't have the payment option on it yet.  He said he accepted payments through Paypal.

Here is a copy of his request to me for payment:

Good morning, Jeff. CruzPac, chrome hardware, std open, Vivid Black, 
$450 total. Full interior carpet promo, I'll do that for no extra 
cost. If you send it via paypal via "friends and family", it keeps it 
off of my annual tax report (important when in semi-retirement like 
me), I'll do it shipped for $425. Regular paypal or check is $450. If 
you use paypal, my paypal email is:

wb4iuy@gmail.com (ham radio callsign).

Let me know how you'd like to proceed. I'm in the paint shop today to 
spray a KingPac, can get the Vivid Black laid down on this at the same 
time.

He later sent this email 6 hours later, also on May 31, 2019

                      Hi Jeff,

While I was spraying vivid black this morning, I went ahead and 
sprayed the base on this CruzPac we were talking about for you. I'll 
be laying down clear later this evening, please let me know if this is 
what you want. If you've changed your mind, I'll stop at the base as I 
can spray eggshell clear on it for a Denim version at a later date as 
well.

621Cycles.com   I let a few weeks go buy and asked how the motorcycle trunk was coming along.  He said he was waiting on a shipment of hinges to come in and then he would get it shipped to me.   I requested he send the trunk without hinges and I would get those myself locally.  When that didn't happen, I sent another email that if he couldn't deliver the motorcycle trunk, then just refund my payment.  All subsequent emails have not be returned.
