I would like to share my experience with a tv company called AAAATEVA. They are located in centennial on south holly st. So j found the tv I really wanted on amazon for $1000 and j was calling around to see if any local stores had this particular one in stock. I called AAAATEVA and was told that they have every samsung model in stock and i would get a better price if i came into the store. I drove from Westminster to check it out. When i get there they didn't ha e the one I asked for. They proceed to sell me all the tvs that are not even close to the features I was looking for. After 2 hours of hearing them brag about how awesome this Panasonic Is i found it on Panasonic web site for $909. They didn't want to match the price and kept saying support ur local businesses. finally I broke down and paid $1025.00. $1000 cash and $25 on debit card. I was told on the phone that they price match amazon by the way. I walk out to my car to get it ready for the tv and the guy claiming to be the manager comes out and says that tv was out of stock and he had to run to his supplier to pick it up. I said ok go get get. While reading reviews of the tv while waiting i found out that he falsified info about the tv and i had a employee call him to say I wanted a different model of the same tv. He told me that he already had it loaded up and would not get the other one. When he returned I told him I wanted a refund and i would buy the one I wanted off amazon. I was told that all sales are final!!? He would have to charge me a 10% restocking fee. I almost lost my mind. I had to call the police becuase i was to angry tk look at this guy anymore. The police couldn't do anything becuase he had a sign that says all sales are final. I'm still trying to figure out how this can be legal if i never even had the tv outside of the store.. All the employees thought it was funny and we're chuckling in the backround. Needless to say I had to pay this company $79 to return my money that I paid them. The cash I paid them some how ended up dropped in a drop box and he wouldn't return the money inless I put all of it on my debit card. So i cant buy a tv until the money is credited to my a account and this happen on a Friday. While I was there I heard the sales manager answer the phone several times and act like he was going to check on there item or repairs and would put them on hold and never even go check. He would get back on the phone and say something like im sorry it iis not ready yet, etc.. This company and changed how I feel about small businesses. I feel taken advantage of and they hide behind a law that makes no sense. After leaving i read some online reviews and there are tons of people just like myself that wrote pretty much the same story I'm writing u. The are a bunch of con men and scam artists. I would just like to let other people know of this company so they can't manipulate anyone again. I hope you guys can investigate this company and show denver what a true diease this company and employees really are.
