Hello again!

Guys, I never said I was even in the military! That is something that the Fuellings are making up to make me look bad. I have no doubts that they will just post other lies on here as well. This is just one more sorry ploy to try and make me look bad. I have never served in the military in any capacity...nor do I want to!

They (the FOOLINGS) also tried to get a bogus restraining order against me as a retaliation to me posting on here and going to the district attorney's office, bbb, ftc, fcc, and others. That is why I have not been posting here.

They said I broke into their homes and offices and stole tens of thousands of dollars worth of stuff and that I made death threats against their entire family. I made no threats whatsoever. I have no ill will personally towards the Fuellings. I just disagree with their business practices.

Their restraining order was rightfully denied by the competent judge that sat on the bench due to the overwhelming evidence to the contrary of what they were claiming.

I am not going to be posting here anymore because I do not want any more legal hassles from the Fuellings and Res-Com. I have a hard enough time working two jobs to support my family!

When the time comes for me to testify at their trial. I will do so honestly and without hesitation. Until then, I am outta here.

I just wanted to come here and clear that point.

Also, the friend of the guy who posted here needs to contact investigator Gault at xxxxxx. I am talking about the guy who went to Ms. Hughes' office (the skinny white guy with the curly hair). When I last spoke to investigator Gault on Friday, he wanted to know if I knew the person and if I got any info on the matter. I told him that I would keep my eyes and ears open.

Please have the friend who stopped by over at res-com and ms. hughes' office contact the DA's investigator at the above number. He is very interested in talking to him. It would help the case against Res-Com.

If Tom is saying he is a TEAM member he is going on the wall of shame. I checked the roster at the association and he isn't on it. All BS and misdirection. Threats and boasts to intimidate little girls and to make himself look big because he has a self esteme problem. He's afraid.

Last week my friend was in the northeast part of Sacramento. He went to Res-Com at:

He is now Going After Them like never before.

While at Res-Com he talked to a Sara(sp). She seemed to answer the phone and worked at Res-Com. She was nice to my friend but seemed afraid of something. Sara reported that Tom is missing, that he was an ex-Navy Seal.

My friend observed what he could of the front office area. There was window to adjacent room. Inside this small room was what looked like an oven used to dry dirt samples. To my friend this piece of equipment was "planted" to make it look like there might be testing laboratory on the premises. It was also seen that the people involved in Res-com also have another company that is the janitorial business. Wow! now having these guys as your janitor service, seems like an invitation to having them clean-out your bank accounts.

After visiting at Suite #15, my friend went to various other tenants and advised them to log on to ripoffreport. Several people said that they'd recently seen police with red-lights at the office.

At the above office, my friend was quite disappointed with his brief meeting with Catherine Y. Hughes, Property Manager. She pretty much said she would do nothing because Res-Com has always paid the rent on-time. Well, Catherine, Res-Com is paying there rent to you with stolen money. This report is going be sent to the Sacramento County DA's office. I believe that it is a crime accepting stolen property, especially when one knows it stolen.

I am sorry Ed, Deanna Williams, and Gerald Goodwin. They are suing me so I have to come clean.

I was making a lot of things up when I posted these comments. I did this because my boyfriend told me Friday that he lost his job at rescom. I was furious. I did not mean to slander them like that. They were always fair with me. They gave my boyfriend his job back. So I will stop making things up about them.

Rescom even gave my good friends Jennifer Davis and Michelle Albright a position at their business even though they could not sell a starving man food.

The truth of the matter is that I was always crying and whining and making up excuses about how my ex-husband would steal my kids and I would leave in the middle of my shift. I did this many times. I also kept quoting the labor laws at my boss even though I was not an employee. They were going to fire me and they said so to my good friends Michelle and Jennifer who in turn told me. I then chose to quit so that I would not get my contract terminated.

Again, I am sorry that I did this.
