AACTION MOVERS UNITED VAN LINES NOT VERY HELPFUL & RUDE LIARS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM MESA Arizona

 I used to work for United Van Lines many years ago so when I needed a moving co. I naturally called United.I originally moved from NJ to AZ 15yrs ago.United movers were very profesional unloading the house and then delivering my items takeing VERY good care not to damage anything.Two years ago I had to put my household goods in storage so naturally I called the local United agent - AAction Movers - They came out to bring my household items to there warehouse.They forgot to bring wardrobe boxes and asured me they would repack my clothes when they got back to the wearhouse,I wasn't happy with this but I aggreed.They were very friendly and otherwise good movers they packed and padded all the items very well,they also put all the screws,nuts and bolts from the beds and dressers in a pouch and labeld it as such.

THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN when I had them deliver my household items.As theY started bringing in my furniture I noticed srape marks on the bottom of my dressers and ask them to place a pad at the bottom of the ramp so no more furniture is scraped.The funiture was scraping on a brick driveway.After a few hours the truck was empty.I bought them a couple of pizzas for lunch.Then they started to put the beds together and attached the mirrors to the dressers etc.SO I THOUGHT.I should have checked before they left but I took thier word.If I say I did something it was done I found out thats NOT true with others.BIG MISTAKE.One of the three beds were put together and NONE of the mirrors were secured to the dressers and NO nuts and bolts were anywhere to be found.I unfortunetly tipped them.I know first hand movers work very hard for not great pay.

I am an over the road truck driver and don't get home very often.I was at he house for 2 days,not long enogh to unpack.Two months later still not totally unpacked I noticed items missing and called AAction movers.I was told they would look for the items and get back to me. HAHAHa what a joke.I called again and again.Thier response "I'll get back to you" everytime.Now its about two months of me calling them and NEVER getting a call back.My wife called(because I'm about to explode)and spoke to CARLOS today(7-11-13) and guess what his response was "SORRY CAN'T FIND YOUR STUFF" thats it!About 5 min later recieved a call from EDWARD saying he was the assist mgr and would keep looking for the items.My wife explained that the one item that is most important to my husband is an old military foot locker that contains his military papers and pictures and drawings from his kids when they were in grade school.It doesn't look they are really trying to locate my belongings.It just seems to me they are jerking me around.Its VERY VERY frustrating dealing with a company when they tell you "WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU"and NEVER NEVER call you back.The names we got from people we spoke with are OSCAR -  CARLOS -  ANDREW - SCOTT - EDWARD
