Okay here is my story went in to rent to own a tv for my hubby bday. I have never done this before but I just started a new job so I didn't have enough cash to buy. Well I believed all the crap I see on t.v. about 12 months and blah blah blah. Paid on the tv every month about 113.00 a month up until Feb 2011 I lost my job in Jan. 2011 like most people out here. Let me add that I signed my agreement in March 2008 and made a payment at the time and was told two weeks free which they did not give me because two weeks later they start calling, after I explain about the two weeks free which they told me about they waited another two weeks and called me on April 2nd 2008. Like most my paydays were every two weeks and some months I may not get paid until the 4th or 5th and you better believe every 2nd of the month I got a call and if I missed the call they would immediately call my references, also my job..

after I gave them a piece of my mind and two of my references had to actually have their number changed and stopped calling my job. Well like I said lost job in Jan 2011 made last payment in Feb. I was turned down for unemployment (thats another story) so I am still without a job. Well these folks at Aarons dont call me any more they just show up at my house. First time I met one in the driveway while he was having a conversation with my 13 yr old son, and yes I gave him more then a ear full and immediately told him to get off my property. After that they would just show up through out the day I am usually out job hunting so I would get the tag they leave. I have called and spoke to the store manager several times and explain that I will make the final buy out payment of 300.00 as soon as I get some extra cash.

I understand I owe the payment and I am willing to pay, but I will be damned if I give back a tv that I have paid on for almost 2 years I dont care what any employee says... or supervisor or anyone else. How dare you have the audasidy to expect people to pay on something for so long and then  demand it back so you can resale to someone else when they have 3 payments left. Show up at my house if you dare. You can knock but be careful there is a little law in Texas called TRESSPASSING and the right to bare arms. That is not a threat its a promise. If you don't get the results the first, second, or third time.... Take me to Court... Yes I know my rights... see they dont want to go to court for a mere 300.00 plus court cost because it is easier to just harrass innocent hard working people who are just dealing with life...
