I rented for two years with aarons on a playstation 3 which was overally priced and a 32 inch flat screen tv. I was told there was no such thing as a two year agreement on a playstation 3 by the manager two days after i signed it she called.  She told me that I only had to pay one year on it and it would be mines.

When the one year came she was gone and I was stuck still paying it off.  That frustrated me because I should of had her sign something that said that.  But that is not the problem the problem is on my last payment for the 32 inch flat screen slyvania tv the built in dvd player stop working , also the playstation 3 was not working properly too.  I reported it to aarons.

They sent someone to look at it and after he saw it he call his manager and then told me they will have to come back again and give me replacment tv and playstaion 3 while they send mines off to the shop.    They came back with the replacement playstation 3 but the tv was different.  They told me that they didnt have any tv like mines in stock and that they only  could find a 32 inch slyvania tv.

I was not happy because  I knew my tv was worth more than the replacement tv and it didnt have the one thing that I loved about the tv (dvd player).  He saw my questionable look and reassure me that it was temporarily while my tv would be getting repaired,so i went ahead and took the replacement tv and playstation 3. So I made my final payment the next month and decided to check to see if they knew when my tv and playstation 3 will be ready.

They told that they did not know exactly and they will contact me to let me know. Three more weeks went by and I decided to call again.  I was  told that since I had sent my tv and playstation for repairs i have to make one last payment when they swapp back the equipment. This was new to me but since it was only 30 dollars I agreed to it.

They still did not know when my tv and playstation will be ready and they again told me they will contact me.  A month later I call back and they tell me my playstation 3 is ready for pick up but the tv is still being repaired.  I told them that they can hold on to the playstaiton 3 until my tv is ready.

They agreed to it , and told me they will contact me to let me know when my tv was reparied.  Another month later I called back and ask to speak to the manager begase its been almost three months and I wanted my tv back.  She told me that she will check in to see why they still have it at the repair shop and will call me back.

Three-four  weeks later i recieve a call asking me do I want to purchase something else from aarons and recieve an extended  warranty on my tv.  I told the lady my tv was still in the shop and she said ok im going to transfer you to sales.  The guy tell me that the reginal manager came in a month ago and he call the repair store questioning why my tv was still in the shop.

They said that the price for fixing the tv will cost more than the tv so he came to a decision that I should just keep the replacement tv.  He stated that they called several times trying to contact me and after several attempts they decided that his decsion was final and he payed the 30 dollars that i owed for repairs.

He then told me I came in the store three weeks ago and he explained everything to me. I dont even own a car and only been to the store twice in the two years I was leasing so i know it wasnt me I was so frustrated. I took a deep breath,  then I finally spoke and said no i was not contacted and no i did not come in the store.

I took another deep breath and asked him was the tvs the same price. He said that they was about the same price.  I stated to him that the replacement tv looked smaller and i wouldnt even purchase it if i seen it at the store because i wanted a flat screen tv with a built in dvd player.

He put me on hold for about 3 mins.  He came back on and  said the decision was final by the regional manager.   So now I am stuck with a tv that originally I didnt even want and he couldnt even explain to me what happen to my playstation 3. They did not make any attempts to call me or write me regarding there final decision.

They had my address and phone numbers and did not contact in over 4 months about my equipment.  I didnt care about the repair fee because they didnt return any of the equipment that was in the repair shop.  They made decisions on there own on merchandise that I payed in full for I am very upset and will never purchase anything from that store again.
