This report is NOT against the company called Absolute Internet Marketing, LLC. I know of no relationship between that company and the company in this report called Absolute Internet Marketers, LLC.

Absolute Internet Marketers, LLC (AIM) was recommended to me be a business coach, whom I trusted, but have since lost trust in over my experience with AIM. I sought out AIM to design, build, host, and market a new web site for my company. AIM also claims to help businesses build credit by submitting their payment standing to business credit bureaus.

Despite my reservations and an incredibly one-sided agreement, I decided to move forward with AIM. This was a huge mistake. As soon as they had my money, the communication from them ended. I had to initiate every contact with them, which gave me serious doubts as to whether they would be responsive in a time of real need with the web site.

Their contract plainly stated that, even if I were dissatisfied with the web site and wanted to terminate their services, I would be obligated to pay them $499 per month for 12 months of marketing service.

One clause in the agreement saved my neck, though. They promised to provide a fully operational web site within 90 days. So, I stopped contacting them in the last month and they, of course, never contacted me. On day 94, I Express Mailed them a letter of termination based on breach of contract. It took some convincing to make Mr. Yeghoian understand that a breach of contract gives the non-breaching party the right to terminate and not be obligated to any part of the agreement.

I disputed all the charges on my credit card and was fully refunded the $2,500 I had paid up to that point. Mr. Yeghoian tried desperately to regain my business. I asked him to provide a snapshot of the web site his "team" had produced for me. When I received it I was amazed and shocked to receive something that looked like a 3rd grader had produced.

I have serious doubts that Absolute Internet Marketers, LLC ever intended to produce a viable web site. Had they not screwed up and gone over the 90 days, they could have held me to the agreement and made me pay nearly $6,500 and never produced a satisfactory web site.

CAUTION
I'm certain that all future agreements will exclude the promise to produce a web site on any given time table.

Mr. Yaghoian's business model is most certainly to lock people unawares into a 12-month contract and produce nothing useful. He will refine his agreement to ensure there is no way out of this contract.

I give thanks to God that this clause was there and gave me a legal way out. I would never work with AIM and I will always be more cautious before signing up with a company. If you haven't heard it before, always have contracts reviewed by a second party and even a lawyer to save yourself from this kind of ripoff.
