Acai Advanced Pushy scam - hurry and order/no clear terms and conditions required to acknowledge & Advertised on reputable Food Network page; Oprah and Rachael Ray mentioned Lewiston Maine

I responded to an ad posted at Food Network if I remember correctly. Rule to lose belly fat. There was a testimonial from some mother in the state where I live that said that she lost weight taking a colon cleanser and acai supplement with 2 links to sign up for "free trials." After getting to the links, there was a flashing part of the screen saying hurry there are only so many free trials left. At that point, I don't remember if I clicked on any terms and conditions to proceed but I am sure I never saw the terms and conditions spelled out. I would have remember if they were going to charge me 64.95 and 88.95 (I think) if they did not here from me that I was dissatisfied after only 14 days. I hadn't stopped nursing and I did not take the colon cleanse right away and did not see the invoice warning. The Acai Advanced invoice I don't remember at all - might have even discarded it the day I opened the package. I thought that's okay, this seems legitimate because there is a phone number and address right here on the bottle. My husband was the one who said "Honey, it's a scam and it's all over the news." I looked it up and sure enough the reports were there. I canceled my debit card because the phone number given was never answered. I returned the bottle the same day via FedEx so I had a tracking number. I may have a credit according to my bank but that could be reversed if Visa finds favor with this company. What a lesson! If this happened to you - file a report. Let the public know this company is still doing this.
