After receiving the trial shipment and 2 other shipments I had not realized their fine print set up as automatic orders and charges, I called to cancel and returned the unused bottles for a refund as told to do so by heir customer representative. I shipped these by registered mail, return receipt requested. I never received a receipt nor an acknowlegement or refund. Then I began getting monthly charges for ezykit and elitepack reports plus an access member charge. I called and they said that their service agreement that went into effect when I ordered the free trial set up an automatic subscription to these reports. But I never received any reports, nor did I realize I had ordered them. I called to cancel these at the numbers listed on my Citi card bill and have just received the November billing where the ezkit and elite pack charges are again billed. So tonight, we cancelled our Citi card account so no further charges can be made. I have learned an important lesson to NEVER order an free trial products on the Internet again. The legalize in the fine print of agreements that accompany such orders are apparently designed to be deceptive and misleading to fool purchasers to not realize all the obligations they are entering into.
