Subject: fraudulent charges Hello my name is John U. On Sunday evening Aug 29th I unintentionally placed an order for a weight loss pill called Acai burn online. I tried to cancel the order but it would not let me online. The order provided a phone number to cancel. The next day Monday at 8 am 5 hours later I called the company to cancel the order. They said I could not cancel because the product had shipped.  What they have people working at 5pm on sunday night?  They said that I could return the product and no additional charges would incur. There was an initial 14 day trial at around 8 dollars. So I was out my initial payment of 8 dollars. I was told to send the product back with confirmed carrier. The day I received the product September 10th I shipped this back confirmed USP carrier. The company received the product back on the 16th of September. On the 21st of September they charged my account an unauthorized amount ATM/POS WITHDRAWAL 09/20 VIBRANTBEAUTY 8668237411 CY -79.28 I called the company at 1-888-591-2190 and told them about the unauthorized charges. After telling them I had USP confirmed shipping and that my account was charged long after they got the product back they mentioned a refund. I was told a refund was issued to my account on September 27th. Today is August 19th. They said a refund would take 10 business days. It has been over 23 days. Electronic refunds do not take 21 days. The people at 1-888-591-2190 say they have forwarded it to the company and cant do any more. I have called perhaps 12 times. The people who take my call will never let me talk to a manager and clearly no money is being refunded and I am being lied to. I have asked for them to send me any sort of confirmation that a refund was issued. They say they cant. I went online and found other people this company is fraudulently charging and not stopping!
