 The email below sums up the past 5 weeks in dealing with this fake horrible company...

"Hello this is Sarah ***** again.  You can reference the above order number to refresh your memory.  My story is this…I am very annoyed as I originally ordered this product in July.  The USPS claimed they delivered it on 22JUL13 and it was never delivered.  I contacted you to let you know that I had to claim it as “Stolen” through the USPS.  You responded very well and said you would send another case to me.  This was shipped on 04AUG13.  I was told it would arrive week ending 17AUG13.  I however just received it on 22AUG13 at my old address (it was not forwarded and all my mail has been arriving at my new place). 

The package (cheap flimsy envelope) contained a small tear.  I opened the envelope up excited to see my case and then looked at the case and the back is completely busted.  I am at work now but if you need proof I can send you another email with pictures of the case.  I have been waiting 5-6 weeks for this case and this is the 3rd time I have had to contact you.  You did your part by shipping me the product (finally) however a broken case and 5-6 weeks of waiting is not a good practice.  So this needs to be resolved and I do not want to contact the BBB. 

What I think should happen is one of the following two things…EITHER 1.  You reimburse my credit card with the nearly $43.00 I spent for the product and poor shipping and handling service or 2.  You send me another case…SHIPPED IN A BOX WITH BUBBLE WRAP OR PACKING PEANUTS ETC…NOT JUST AN ENVELOPE.  In the meantime my new iPhone is still vulnerable.  I want to purchase from your company again in the future as you have wonderful deals.  Until I can give you more business or recommend my friends to you, I just want my teal lifeproof case that I originally ordered packaged and shipped accordingly so it will not break and I think the shipping should be expedited as I have waited long enough and then when it does arrive its broken which defeats the whole purpose of the case.  Please tell me how we can resolve this matter.  Thank you for your time.

"They" responded at 1:49am with the following...

"Two packages are confirmed delivered to you. We have tracking for both and sent the second only in good faith. I am very sorry but we cannot send a third unless we receive a return. I am sending you the tracking for both right now."

**Also they never sent the tracking info.  I spent time at the USPS blaming them for no delivery and poor delivery when all along this comapny is a scam.  I just want my 42.94 back to put towards the purchase of a new case through a real vendor.
