I ordered a Keurig coffee pot for $50 from Acostmall on August 22, 2013. On August 23, 2013 I received an order update with the detailed invoice.
On August 23, 2013, shortly after the 2nd email I received a 3rd email stating that my order had shipped and would arrive on September 3rd or 4th. I replied to that email asking for a tracking number. I received an email back stating that with free shippng there was no tracking number. This was from Stephanie J Morefield, Acostmal.com Support team.
It is 5:15 pm on September 6th and I have not received my package yet. At 4:33 pm and 4:48 pm I replied back the email asking where my package was as it had not arrived yet. I received 2 delivery failure emails back, stating that email couldn't be delivered to that said: Delivery to the following recepients failed: office@acostmall.com.

Exact Same Thing Happened

This exact same thing happened to me. I ordered a Panasonic electronic shaver and was told it would arrive on September 3rd or 4th and I never received anything. I emailed the company and left 2 complaints in the contact us tab on the acostmall website, but I have still not heard anything back. Now, I am receiving the exact same failure when I try to email office@acostmall.com and I cannot even get on the website to make yet another attempt to get what I paid for. I also paid $50 for my item, and I have also still not received anything.
