I received an email from a company ACS Incorporation, pertaining to a payday loan, I never remember collecting and when I tried to call and get information to research, I couldn't get a response to my question, all I was told my name has been put through the system for defaulting on a loan. I knew this was wrong, because I felt if you could file a case, then you should be able to supply me with information to go through my records, and verify. I was not intimidated but angry, because I was forewarned and now I am dealing with these people, who prey on innocent people who are just trying to make it. They couldm't tell who I was speaking to or anything, all I was told was a case had been filed against me, and I would be receiving court paper.
