Addus Home Care Addus Marina Kastrati No Call No show home care aides are a CONSTANT at NIles ADdus Niles Nationwide

Several weeks ago, I signed up my family member to receive home care services, private pay. The Agency Director and a member of her staff came out and were absolutely perfect in their presentation and I readily signed up for Addus because of her. But apparently there has been major changes at that branch, the Director is suddenly no longer there anymore ("Fired" was what  the Assistant Director told me, which I think shameful and unprofessional. My family has had no one show up since the Director left,  on a consistant basis. When I call the office, I get voicemail and none of my messages to management have been answered.  I am LIVID me and my family are treated this way and at this point, I think this is the absolutely WORST "home care company" I've ever nown. I am reporting this company to the government and I already have to the ones who referred us. I see it got a new CEO after 30 years, but it certainly needs new management in Niles now that the Agency DIrector is gone. I don't know what went on there, but if the Assistant horrible reponse is any indication, it certainly is NOT the company I want for my loved one.
