 where to begin? Adecco is a temp agency who is contracted with ctdi. Ctdi is a buisness who contracts with Verizon. (Coatesville location) Ctdi ships phones, as well as routers, cable boxes ect. As well as fixes minor repairs and takes in returns. Now that is established, the issue lies with the atmosphere and work conditions of the buisness and co workers. A job is a job. Better to have one than none, right? The only people who are employed there are because they would never, ever make it in a real work environment. The people employed there are washed up. The problem lies with this. Employees are lazy and get absolutely nothing done. Why? Because it's who you know! There's employees I've seen not performing any work skills. For example, one toothless boss lets the coworker walk off line because they get high as a kite in the parking lot. The bosses leave the building, blast music, do not teach entry level position or state the postion they want there employee to be assigned to, as well as make fun of other co workers, and ect. Its hard to mind your business when your covered in sweat, breaking your butt, and every one is standing around dping absolutely nothing It happens every where in any work field, but please it is not worth the aggravation. Adecco hires uneducated people in a bad part of town who do not know better when it comes to the rights of workers. Adecco hires all tax right offs. People can't speak or read english coming on visas, who can't ship proper equipment to customers, as well as not having proper documents for pay stubs, ect. It is horrible. Not to mention the work's environment. Toilets with urine and feces on it. Its overall bad. Bad work place, no benefits, crapy pay, and working with idiots. .
