Their ads are nothing bat false advertising.
They use bait and switch tactics to get people into their office.
Most of the money they charge are broker fees. This money does not go toward your insurance policy, it is the fee the agency charges you to sell you your policy. Read every single document they make you sign. One of these documents states the broker fees you are paying.
The insurance you buy from them is only the minimum coverage required by law, with is $5,000.00 in property damage. They might give you $10.000.00. This means that if you cause damages over $10,000.00 you will have to pay the difference. This happened to me. I totaled a $60,000.00 car and I am being sued and the insurance will only pay $5,000.00.
They have undocumented and unlicensed people working for them.
The have many justified complaints with The California Department of Insurance.

Very few people know that The California Department of Insurance will help them resolve their disputed with Insurance Companies or Insurance Brokers like Adriana's Insurance, so not many of them file claims with the Department of Insurance.

Before getting your insurance learn what insurance is all about or you will end up like me.
Warn your Spanish Speaking family and friends, we need as much help as we can get to not fall prey of unscrupulous companies like this one.
Also file your claims with The California Department of Insurance. Go to their website to get their phone number and you can also view the complains for insurance companies and Insurance Brokers on this website.
Also know that if you buy directly from an insurance company instead of an Insurance Broker like Adriana's Insurance you do not pay a "broker fee".
