So Pathetically Sad.  After having an overpriced Security System that they oversold for my small house the one little token of a reward of a $100.00 gift card was not/has not been supplied.  It has been almost 3 months and no matter who I speak with I can't get any satisfaction.  So Sad after makings thousands of dollars off of you they can't keep the one promise.  Everything else has been such a nightmare and the one area that they could have made some kind of difference, supplied some compensation, they fell short yet again.  There should be some type of Fraud charge that can be brought up against them for making false promises.  They obtain business by making false promises.  You are stuck in a contract with them for 3 years or you have to pay the whole entire contract if you cancel.  What a mess.  The government should create some type of policy on business like this.

Why would you allow a "Representative" to create a situation like this?  It's funny how when anyone gets a FRANCHISE they must file strict guidelines. The Franchiser follows up, makes sure they are following all the rules on a regular basis.  I blame you for employing such people like this.  And I did not even mention that yes, I had to give them 4.95 as a handling charge via money order because supposedly they never received my check the first time.

You should intervene.  I for one would not allow anyone to disrespect my business, my customers, my reputation without doing something about it.  You are just as guilty for allowing this to continue.

Apologizing just does not cut it!  Do something PROACTIVE AND MAKE THIS STOP!

I know I for one am now on a mission to make sure nobody uses you!
