WPI*IFRIENDS VIP have taken $5.99 out of my bank account. I did not authorize them to take this money - I have not even heard of them before! Also, I can not find any contact details, and the site cannot be accessed as the campus filters do not allow me to access the site. I don't know how any of this happened, but these monthly payments need to be stopped and hopefully I want to get my money back also!

Unfortunately, because Joe did not provide any specific personal details, we could not find an account that matched the information that was provided by him. We want to take care of the issue that Joe has discussed therefore, we strongly encourage him to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US).

Joe simply needed to look at his credit card statement right next to the charge to see our 1-800 number prominently displayed. We include this information on every charge that we send. We also provide a link to email and telephone contact information on every page of our website.

Our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to provide each customer with complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes. Once we hear from Joe and locate his account, we will be happy to cancel the account and refund any charges that were billed to him.
