Advanced Beauty Solutions RIPOFF Internet

I ordered two true ceramic pro flat irons only to have them chip to reveal the metal underneath. Advanced beauty solutions stated they would replace my irons at no charge quickly. I did receive one iron but have yet to get my other iron.

This whole ordeal started back in september of last year and i am still waiting for my second iron. I call and email and there is no answer to either. I love the product and hate to give it up but what are you to do when the company is ripping people off? I was supposed to send my two old irons that were chipping back to the company when they sent my new irons out but as of now I have 3 ceramic irons at my house and two of them do not work. I have found another company online that has the true ceramic pro at a cheaper cost and will ship it out to me this week.

Advanced beauty solutions needs to step up and do the right thing for all these customers they are ripping off because it's not right.
