On March 13th, 2013 I received a work order [R22913] requesting repairs to several sinks and location had no hot water. Technician inspected sinks in bathrooms,mop sink closet and turned on hot water. We submitted a proposal on new faucets. On April 1st, 2013 Proposal was approved and we completed the work order, submitted the quoted invoice 1914 [R22913] together with the first respond invoice 1876 [R22913]with the supporting documents.We were originally told we would get paid 45-60 days from the date of invoice and when payments were not coming in I contacted the A/R department and they informed me it would be 45-60 Business days not calendar days so I waited and still did not get paid. It is like pulling teeth to get payment from them. I inform them that that was not acceptable and they state that the longer they have to deal with me on the phone the longer it will take to get paid. They have overall HORRIBLE Customer service, only gives excuses after excuses why they haven't pay you and I would not recommend doing any type of work for this company.Today marks 115 days of which I have not received any payment, nor correspondence. Today before filing a complaint I contacted them again and after calling back few times I finally spoke with the supervisor Taylor on the phone and as per him I will get pay when I get pay. There is nothing he can do and he is just doing was he is told. I requested his boss and he refused to pass it on and when I told him I'm filing a complaint with BBB he simply instead that there is nothing else I can do to get pay from them and he sent email out so he has prove that his trying to corresponded with us.With that being said I respectfully request a full payments of $917.50 + 5% late fees.
