Advanced Facilities Maintenance Chronic Pattern of Not Paying Their Service Vendors Columbus Ohio

In April, Advanced Facilities Maintenance contacted our company to provide repair service for several Big Lots stores.  It is August and we still have not been paid for the three April jobs despite the fact that I now call, fax or email as many as nine email addresses several times a week.

From what I'm seeing on the Internet, this is a chronic, nationwide pattern from Advanced Facilities Maintenance.  Even though I cannot get anyone from their accounting department to respond to me, their dispatchers continue to call to request that we do other jobs for them.  When our business owner told one of AFM's dispatchers that we will not do any more work until we are paid, he admitted that he is hearing that response from other service vendors he is calling.

My advice for other service providers would be to not do business with Advanced Facilites Maintenance, at least unless they pay you before you even go to the job site.  Avoid Advanced Facilities Maintenance - they are bad pay.
