The company stated that Scott Yancey would be at the original presentation.  He was not. We were sold a package for $1147 for a 4 day seminar where they would impart information on how to do flips, get us in contact with investors and have information on how to ge these properties before others are aware of them.  The speaker, Rich Layton, used the time to talk about himself and the hard times he suffered.  My husband and I just wanted the information promised not all this filler.  The bottom line, is that they wanted us to sign up for further educational courses starting at $26,000.  They wanted us to come up with $10,000.00 by the end of the third day.  It was brutal.  They said they wouldn't look into credit scores, which they did.  They told us how to use them to get several credit cards (by paying them $3,000.00), so we could use these for our flips.  Needless to say, we did not show up on the 4th day.  They tried to called several times, but we didn't answer.  It was all totally a waste.  I tried to dispute the charges on our credit card, but, of course, they sent back our signed copy of paperwork.  NEVER do this.  If it's too good to be true, it is.  Lesson learned.
