real estate flippin & stock market trading. enticed us to attend 3 hr seminar with promise of laptop to first 50 to arrive. when asked they informed us it is the "50" th person to have called & registered to attend. & they didn't know who they were. strange!!!dinner was a brown bag lunch which left us hungrier than wen we arrived. i did not pay the $2,000 for 3 day seminar because we just didn't have it or i probably would have especially with the promise of letter of guarantee of funds. I'm not sure but i have seen hundreds of complaints from people who did pay & in some cases much more, even pending lawsuits. I sent them a copy of some & have asked them to explain but to no avail so far. I hope this helps others.
