I had a tragic death in my family. I needed a galaxy note 2 opened and the data files retrieved and burned on to a disk. John told about a week and he would have it done. I called a week and a half later and John told me its all done to come down. When I got there he told me he open the files he retrieved. Which was upsetting to me because they were personal messages. He spoke to me privately wrote a password on a piece scrape paper. I found out later when I found the back up disks that the password he told me wasn't correct. John told me about the messages he retrieved and what the content of them were.

Again the back up files proved that was another lie. I asked for the phone back and he couldn't find the phone.  John hadn't downloaded the files on to a disk either. I said would be back in a week I wanted my phone and the disk with the files. John texted me a week later saying he felt sorry for the situation I was in. He said that the disk is done and they had the phone. I went to the shop again and he offered me a drink. John kept telling me he was downloading the disk it would be done soon. He kept offering me drinks. The shop closed the other employees left John decided to start asking me if he could take pictures of me.

He had a photography business. They took porn shot and asked if I was interested in doing photos for him. I declined and he started to hit on me wanting a sex while was waiting for the disk to get done. This was four hours after I initially arrived.  John had at this point drank almost a half a case of beer himself and I was completely sober. I was so offend I got up and left. A week passes he texted me to come down disk was done. I took a family member with me this time once again he was offering us drinks and I declined asked for the phone he gave it to me then he said he would download the sd card of pictures on the disk too. Fourty five minutes later he said the pictures were still burning.

I was angry at this point because I know it doesn't take that long to download pictures. He went got a disk and sd card and we left. When I got home the disk only had the picture files on it and the phone was reset so there wasn't any messages on it. I called John the next and flipped out about this whole situation. He apologized told he would make sure I get the files. I had to one more time run down there and the girl that answers the phones handed me a disk. John was no where to be found this time. It took almost four weeks to get a disk with some files on it. I was hit on and offended. I had to flip out to get what I originally came there for.
