I ordered an "alleged" 14 free trial of Amino Genesis from AG Skin Care, and found out only when my order had been made that they were intending on charging my credit card over $60 per month indefinitely unless I canceled. Within the next week, I tried to call customer service to cancel, and for several days, I only received a busy signal. Then, when I finally got through, their representative tried over and over to convince me to keep the product.

Finally, he got the hint that I wasn't interested, but he didn't tell me how I could effectively cancel. When I persisted, he then told me that although the 14 day free supply was "free," if I kept it, they would still charge my credit card for the subsequent month's supply for over $60.00, even if I canceled the order that day. After much hassling with this guy, he finally gave me an RMA # so I could mail back the "alleged" 14 day free supply.

I'm going to send it back today, but I still have a sinking feeling that I will see a charge on my credit card next month. To anyone who is considering purchasing from this company, buyer beware. And, finally, don't be fooled just because Oprah featured this product on her show. She obviously spent little time researching this company's sales procedures.
