Agora Voice Messaging unauthorized charges to att phone bill Minnapolus Minnesota

This is twice now over the last 3 years that this company has put unauthrized charges to my phone bill. I have spoke with ATT and they say they cannot remove the charges. I called the Agora company to find out who they are......they say they are located in Minnesota, but after some searching they are out of Jamacia. They say I signed up via the computer for there service, but the date they gave me that I signed up clearly was not me, I was in Japan. When using the phone number provided by att, I reached a service which claims to be handling all agora services. When I asked for a address for agora they refused to give it to me, when I ask where they are located, the same thing. So a company I have I not signed up to use can bill me, but I cannot write to them, call them, or have a email address for them? Sounds a bit crazy....but still they continue to bill me. If you have received these charges on you phone bill please join me and refuse to pay. I will contact the att. generals office and find what I can do.
