Hired this company to install a Radon Mitigation system in my home. Chose them because they had a price quote cheaper than everyone else - LESSON LEARNED, you get what you pay for!
This company does shoddy work, which failed in just a couple of hours after they left.
When I called to ask them to repair their work, which had failed, they refused; they stated that it was my fault, my responsibility, that I would have to pay them to fix their mistakes, and they would place a lien on my house if I stopped payment.
Absolutely, the worst company I've ever dealt with. They love you in the beginning, but screw you in the end.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY / CONSUMER BEWARE! RUN FROM AIR QUALITY CONTROL AGENCY!

I was informed by the local Pennsylvania office of Air Quality Control Agency that the issue with not wanting to repair the system was with the home office in Lansing, MI, not with the local office of Air Quality Control Agency. They were friendly on the phone and scheduled the repair for the following day. The contractor that came to our home was professional and competent. He repaired the seal on the sump pump and it appears that this minor issue has been resolved. I will provide an update with the end result of this installation; covering the results of the new sump pump cover and the new radon test levels.
If this issue is resolved for good and the radon levels are down, I would recommend this company as long as you only deal with the employees from the local PA office of AIR QUALITY CONTROL AGENCY; they are professional and care about their work.
