Aldrige Law Group Sarah M. Pashaee, Derek Mason, Edgar Salas, Keith Miller Scammed us out of $3000.00 for loan modification and did nothing Orlando Florida

Keith Miller from Aldrige Law Group called us in late June of 2013. It was a cold call. We never heard of them before. He then turned us over to Derek Mason, Senior case Manager who explained that Aldrige could modify our existing home mortgage with Wells Fargo at a 2%rate through the government H.A.M.P.  program. The fee was $3000.00 to be paid upfront. We know it's illegal to charge  fees in advance, but he assured us that since Aldrige is a law firm the fee was actually a retainer which was to be used for the fee. Derek Mason even suggested that we skip a mortgage payment or two if we were having trouble coming up with the fee.The process was slow and on Jan 15,2014 Edgar Salas our case manager called to inform us the modification was 90% complete. That was the last we heard from him. Now the company is out of business, phones disconnected etc. The director/manager of Aldrige is an attorney Ms Sarah Michelle Pashaee who is no longer eligible to practice law in Florida. 

These people prey on individuals who are struggling to make mortgage payments, who have previous bankruptcies and senior citizens. They are bad people.
