ALFA Insurance is dishonest, bordering fraud, and worthless Ripoff! Haleyville Alabama

My ALFA insured vehicle was legally parked in the street in front of my ALFA insured home. My vehicle was struck by a drunk driver driving another ALFA insured vehicle.

ALFA adjuster Don Rushing determined that both policies would be charged separately so that a deductible would be collected from both policies. Alabama is not a no fault state. My deductible is high intentionally to reduce premium cost.

I am currently out over 4,000 dollars as I have rejected ALFA's check of approximately 2,800 dollars. I would encourage anyone who uses ALFA for insurance needs to change to a more reputable company.

I had six ALFA policies and have been reducing as they expire. I would recommend all others do the same. An ALFA agent from a different county has recommended in confidence that I sue ALFA.
