All Florida Window Tinting [No Call/No Show] Owner Scheduled Appointment, Cancelled The Appointment, Rescheduled The Appointment, Then Didn't Call Or Show Up Florida

I found All Florida Window Tinting via a google search and was excited that the company would come to me. I called and spoke with Brian [863-904-9677] & scheduled to have my windows tinted at 9AM the next day. I was asked to text my address so he'd know where to go and I did. A couple of hours later I received the following text: "I forgot   I go to church   so how is 1pm." Then I received a call from Brian & we spoke and agreed to change the appointment from 9AM to 1PM.

The next day [today, 03NOV13] at my scheduled appointment time no one had called to notify me that they were running late & no one called to cancel. So I called Brian [863-904-9677] & no one answered. I called again & the phone rang twice and someone ignored the call and sent me to voicemail. The voice mail informed me of another number in which I could reach the company [954-638-0362] & I called that number and didn't receive an answer. I left a voice message stating that 'I needed to know if someone was coming or not because I didnt want to wait around all day when I could go get other things done.'. I also sent the following text to both phone numbers: had a 1PM appointment to have my windows tinted. no one has shown up or cancelled. was wondering if anyone is on the way. 

Thankfully I did not get 'ripped off', but I did waste time waiting. My car is pretty small [smart fortwo] & Brian quoted me $60 to complete the job. Maybe he didn't see the point in traveling to tint my car for such a small amount, and that's fine, but it would have been nice of someone to just let me know they weren't coming. After the ignored call, I came in and did more google searching and stumbled upon the complaints against this company. Once again, I wasn't ripped off, but I decided to share my experience. I'm kind of glad they flaked on me, because these reports aren't pretty. Needless to say, I will be using another company to tint my tiny car, I'm sure someone will appreciate the business.
