All Game Media Squidplay "FREE" trial offer, $34.95 per mo for video streaming,canceled immediately, never received refund-Their tentacles stuck to my $$ Houston TX

I've already reported them to the BBB, however, I figure they deserve to be reported as much as possible. They obviously run their scams under various company names.  

 I couldn't figure out why they had to issue me a check since they had sucked the money out of my checking account via debit card because they said the refund is given the same way the payment is made...NOT!  

  Anyone who works there is just as guilty as the company they are working for as they HAVE to know what is going on.  I've called and talked to the "Customer Service" people, left numerous messages, was told to call back and ask for a certain "supervisor" who had conveniently left for the day at the time I was told to call back.              

 If they are not the company providing the refund and the refunds are being outsourced, then they need to contact that company and see if the alleged refund check has been cashed. Truthfully, $34.95 is a lot of money for me to just throw away.
