I received an unsolicited call from "Kayla" at All Seasons Travel.  She asked me if I was interested in selling my Time Share in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  I told her I was.  She said that All Seasons was not a "listing company" and would purchase my Time Share for cash (if I accepted the offer).  Kayla asked me to watch a short video on their website and then call in with a "special code number" to speak to the "appraiser" for their offer.

About 2 minutes into the video I realized that this was just another scam.  But I watched it through anyway to give them the benefit of the doubt.  When the video reached the end I tried to call the number but got a voice mail (with a different extension from what I was calling) asking me to leave a mesage.

A few minutes later another woman called back and apologized for the telephone confusion.  To save time I asked her straight out "is your company going to make me a cash offer to purchase my Time Share?"  She replied "we don't do that, we give you credit towards the purchase of a membership in our travel program, but that I would have to pay a membership fee as well.  I said that is Fraud based on the telephone call from Kayla and hung up.

BEWARE of these scam artists.  Do not deal with them.  File complaints with the Tennessee Attorney General's Consumer Fraud unit as well as the U.S. Attorney's office in Tennessee for their using the telephone and internet to run their scam.

Another scam company

AUTHOR: Aceg - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, April 27, 2017

This is a scam, maybe even fraud. I have gotten many of these calls, all unsolicited. They state in the first first phone call that they pay cash for your property, which they later state that they do not. I am contacting the Attorney General of my State and file a formal complaint. a discount for another (probale) scam is not cash. The initial advertising is fraudulent, the original statement by "Kaylie" is fraudulent.

The Owner is also a LIAR

Now the alleged "owner" claims they offer an "equity" exchange where sometimes they owe you cash back.  This is not what happened.  They called me unsolicited and said they had a buyer for my timeshare.  The CASH offer was $24,995 (which immediately flagged this as a RIP-OFF because no one in their right mind is going to offer that amount for a timeshare you can buy directly from the resort for $18,000).  But to access the offer I had to "pay" the "fees" up front.  THAT IS A SCAM - EVERYONE BEWARE

Wrong Company

Our company never charges upfront fees if we owe the seller cash back. You are either mistaking us for someone else or you have misunderstood our offer. I would love to clear this up if you wish to call anytime Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm EST. We do give a equity offer with our clients timeshare against our Vacation Membership. Sometime clients do owe us money and sometimes clients receive cash back into there pocket. NEVER WILL A CLIENT RECEIVE CASH BACK AND OWE US A DIME.

Thanks

The Manager is a LIAR

The "offer" I received was that I send them more than $2,000.00 to process the title transfer and then I would receive $24,000.00 for a Time Share that Flagship is currentlu selling to suckers (I mean customers) for $18,000.00.  I told them that not one penny would be sent and if they were legitimate they would not be asking.  The reply "its ourr way or no way."

Unsatisfied Consumer

I've been trying to get rid of my time share for years when I came across All Seasons Travel Group.  I thought it was a no brainer when they said they will beat any travel deals I find, and I don't have to pay the almost $1,000 annual timeshare maintenance fees anymore.  This was six month ago, and so far, I tried to get them to match a deal I found and was disappointed every time.  I am an active duty military and was told that they cannot beat military discounts.  They also said they cannot beat group discounts.  I tried to call the company to clarify these.  I called them for weeks, left messages, and I got no responses.  This week, I received two bills: one from the company for $199 annual fee (?), and from my timeshare company for the annual maintenance fee. I geve them a timeshare worth $16K and additional $2K+ for nothing.

If the manager or any of the company reps read this, I would love to hear from you.

Manager at All Seasons

AUTHOR: All Seasons - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 25, 2015

I am the manager here at All Seasons Travel Group. I am sorry that Mr. Sash feels he was misled by my company. We contact timeshare owners and invite them to watch our company webinar and then they receive an non-obligational offer for their property. All offers are different because the value of each timeshare property varies. Some people receive funds and others will not depending on what their equity comes to. We offer a way out of those mandatory maintenance fees by offering another way to travel with a program that doesn't have annual fees unless you use the services for that year. We are partnered with RSI, which has over  33 years of business. Mr. Sash did receive an offer in which he disliked. All of our calls are recorded and I did listen to the phone call between the call rep and Mr. Sash. She explained the webinar and told him he would recieve an offer. All Seasons Travel is a legit company and even though not everyone is happy with their offer they do recieve an offer as promised. We are not a listing company and do not sell timeshares for our clients. We never tell anyone they will receive a cah offer because only our experienced appraisers know that. The call reps only schedule the appointments to talk to the appraisers. Mr. Sash wouldn't allow us to fully discuss our offer for his property before he stated " you are a scam" and then hung up. All Seasons Travel Group is a licensed and insured in the state of Tennessee.
