All Seasons Travel Group Rogerslee Title Company Took our money, refused do anything ever! Seymour, TN 37865 TN 37865

They promised to rid us of our timesare ownership and fees.  Promised we would never have to pay another penny ever again.  All guarenteed in written contract and 100% guarenteed in writing if we were not 100% satisfied. 

We heard nothing from them till after the alleged recision period of five days had passed and then we finally saw the documents three months later that included the five day recision clause. 

We did everything they asked and paid fees to the resort that Diamond said we did not actuually owe yet. We reminded them (Rogerslee Title} Melissa and Hope, that all their requested had been satisfied for months, but they still have done nothing as contracted. 

Now months later they still have failed to perform anything for which we paid so much, and do not answer the phone, accept messages, or respond anymore to emails. 

They did accuse us of being in breech of contract at one time, but could never come up with any way we were since we always did all they asked.  Their word and contracts and guarentees are totally worthless. 

They still have done nothing but perpetuate their comnitted fraud.  We are asking all they victims to join in a class action law suit, and participate in a Grand Jury investigation so these crooks spend their futures in the Grey Bar Hotel.
