Allegro Law LLC debt settlement accounts are in a trustee and not telling me why. for all accoutns Hungtington New York

the stated they would help me settle my debt and took $594 every month from my checking account. and when i called to see why monies not taken out for one month that stated a script statment. all accounts have been taken over by a trustee. And i asked why was i not notified of this. they stated non one was. why?????? I adivsed to send me something in writing, they stated can not do that.

i asked if they where going bankrupt or being sued. the replied can not comment. i have a right to know since they where adverstise on the radio and tve to help people get out debt. what happens to all the monies paid to them to legal service before the monies grow to escrow account. what can i do to protect myself/ they are telling nothing. i have file a complaint w. my attorney general office and the bbb
