ALLIANCE LAW CENTER LIARS AND DECIEVERS... DIDN'T DO ANYTHING YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!! FRAUD, FRAUD,FRAUD San Diego California

This company promised to make modifications for three of my homes. They took the cases of my houses and one for my line of credit. I paid $9,500 up front. When this company first started working with me in February 2009, I was notified from Javier Rolon that one of the first steps was going to be a forensic audit on my mortgage contracts to search for violations. Javier Rolon also told me that in order to start saving my homes at once, I was to pay as soon as possible and that throughout the modification process to stop paying the houses payments. When I sent the money, I asked him if he wanted me to send the mortgage contract copies yet he told me that it was unnecessary because they would get them straight from the banks. In May I kept trying to get in contact with him to see how my cases were going. However, every time I would try to call him or send him emails he would never answer me. This led me to open up a complaint at Better Business Bureau for bad services and for my money back. As soon as the complaint went through on May 29, Nicole from ALC called me saying that the modifications had already started on three of the cases but that they were willing to refund only one case. Now that we are in August, I have not been refunded any money, two houses are still in foreclosure, and one house has already been auctioned off to the public. Two days before the auction the bank sent me a letter to make me aware that the modification package was incomplete and therefore auctioned the house. When this happened, ALC called me saying sorry but that they were unable to do anything. They never did any of the services mentioned above, they treated me -as a customer- bad, and their advice led to the lose of one of my houses. I believe that they knew that they were unable to do anything for me and yet lied to me just to get a hold of more money. The Alliance Law Center is nothing more than a bunch of frauds.
