Alliance of Milwaukee, LLC is now defunct and dissolved, because what happened was Berrada Properties acquired Alliance of Milwaukee,LLC  on January 9, 2018. Richard A. Weller created and made Alliance of Milwaukee,LLC on June 4 2001. He and Harvey the maintenenace man caused problems by not repairing things and not fixing tenants things in their apartment buildings that they owned. They never worked on roofing repairs.

They never took care of bugs,roaches,bedbugs and mice their apartment buildings that they owned!!! That caused tenants to move out. He hired black men apartment managers to steal and to embezzle tenants money. Craig the black guy who was Richard A. Weller's yesman and bodyguard  is sick,twisted and crooked likes to evict tenants who like to call police on people who get harassed & threatened by bad black tenants. Craig and Richard A. Weller like to see bad things happen to good tenants in their apartment buildings.

Richard A. Weller and Craig hired Carlos Hamilton in 2013 as an apartment manager,Carlos was charging tenants money to things fixed in their apartments and He was asking tenants for money to get his insulin filled,because he don't have no medicare and no health insurance!!! Alliance of Milwaukee,LLC does not run a good business., They run a bad,shady and a crooked business. That's why I'm glad that Alliance of Milwaukee,LLC is defunct,dead and gone.
